Course Attendance Instructions

  • To successfully complete the course and obtain a Certificate of Attendance, a minimum attendance rate of 75% of the total course hours is required, in addition to full commitment to submitting and completing the required assignments and projects. The certificate is issued free of charge upon completion of the training. In case of requesting an additional copy or a replacement for a lost certificate, a fee of 100 EGP per certificate applies.
  • The training system is based on physical attendance and hands-on practical training. Recording or photographing the lectures by any means is strictly prohibited to protect intellectual property rights. Any violation will subject the trainee to legal accountability.
  • In the case of online training, recorded lectures are made available for viewing only for revision purposes in emergency situations during the training period. Trainees are not entitled to receive, download, copy, or share these recordings in any form, and they are not considered a substitute for attendance.
  • If a trainee misses any lecture, additional hours may be booked in coordination with the Customer Service team, subject to the instructor’s availability and after paying the applicable fees.
  • CLS retains all intellectual property rights related to the courses, including (but not limited to) course materials, projects, and practical applications. Trainees are not permitted to share, sell, publish, copy, or record any of these educational materials or lectures.
  • CLS reserves the right to postpone the course start date for up to four (4) weeks for organizational reasons. The initially announced start date is considered tentative. A Customer Service representative will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the final start date at least one week prior to commencement.
  • All training software is used under trial versions only. The course fees do not include any software licenses or subscriptions, as the sale and provision of licenses are the responsibility of the software-owning companies and fall outside the scope of the company’s activities.

Course Booking Instructions

  • The trainee must ensure that the course content is suitable by reviewing the details available on the official website and confirming that they meet the minimum knowledge requirements required to enroll in the course.
  • Booking is subject to the schedules set by the company, seat availability, and the prices applicable at the time of booking.
  • To confirm enrollment in any course, the full total cost must be paid no later than one week before the course start date. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the trainee’s right to join the group.
  • The price offer agreed upon at the time of booking shall apply, with eligibility to benefit from this offer limited to a maximum period of six (6) months from the booking date. If the course is not utilized within this period, the company reserves the right to revise the total cost according to the latest approved pricing in effect at that time.
  • Trainees must adhere to the confirmed course schedule and assigned branch. After confirmation of the official start date, any request by the trainee to transfer to another group, another branch, or to switch between (Online / Offline) modes less than one week before the start date or after the course has begun will require payment of an administrative fee equal to 50% of the total course cost, in addition to settling the full course fees prior to the transfer. The trainee is entitled to postpone the course only once, for a maximum period of six (6) months.

Course Cancellation Instructions

  • All paid amounts will be fully refunded if the company permanently cancels the course.
  • In case of cancellation by the trainee, administrative fees will be deducted from the total course value (not from the booking deposit), as follows:

- One month before the initially scheduled course start date: 10% deduction.

       - One week before the initially scheduled course start date: 25% deduction.

  • Administrative fees are non-refundable; however, they remain as credit in the client’s account and may be used to book other courses at any time.
  • Course booking may not be canceled if less than one week remains before the course start date or after the course has already begun.
  • Any refundable amount will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of the refund request, using the same payment method, upon submission of the original receipt and a copy of a valid proof of identity.
